Mariama is geboren in januari 2023. Zij woont in Farafenni, een van de grotere plaatsen op de North Bank.

Mariama Sanyang lived in a town called farafenni on the north bank region of the Gambia. Mariama both parents are alive but struggles to put food on the table. When I met her she was already cleaning the bowls which she said enjoy doing and she said she also cook wash hers and brothers cloths too. When ask how many sisters and brothers she has she started counting her fingers and when ask if she don’t know the number she replied negative. These is because her father married many wives whom have already been divorce. She said she plays with friends and like to play rounder’s. They don’t have farms and they only have chickens which are used for local consumptions.
